宁宜希博士现任美国休士敦大学维多利亚分校商学院金融学（终身）副教授，清华大学工学学士（1994）、经济学硕士（1997），美国南伊利诺伊卡本代尔大学金融学博士（2004）。长期从事公司财务、公司治理、经理报酬、风险投资和资产定价等研究，在国际知名的学术期刊上发表多篇高水平文章，其中SSCI收录14篇，主持承担纵、横向课题5个，并多次得到教育部“春晖计划”资助。代表作为：
