舒海兵，西北大学本科、弗吉尼亚大学硕士、中国科技大学博士，弗吉尼亚大学博士后，曾为长江商学院研究员，目前为香港科技大学访问学者。主要研究领域为公司财务与管理、公司社会责任、中国经济。代表作如下：
