Nana Adwoa Anokye Effah，来自加纳东部地区，2019年9月进入会计学院攻读硕士学位，师从杨帆教授，以论文答辩全A的优异成绩毕业。2021年9月，Nana继续在学院攻读博士学位，师从王清刚教授。在读期间，公开发表论文14篇（含网络首发），其中，第一作者身份公开发表论文6篇。2024年6月毕业后，Nana进入西北工业大学开展博士后研究。
近日，Nana在博士学位论文基础上修改，与博士生导师王清刚教授合撰的论文《Chief Executive Officer Narcissism and Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance: The Moderating Role of Chief Executive Officer Gender》在知名国际期刊《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》（简称CSREM）发表。
CSREM期刊在管理学、商学和环境研究三个学科领域均为SSCI期刊（JCR一区），影响因子9.8，在《中南财经政法大学学术期刊指引》中认定为A-类。
论文探讨了首席执行官（CEO）自恋特质对约翰内斯堡证券交易所（JSE）上市企业环境、社会和治理（ESG）绩效的影响。
近年来，会计学院通过融合传统教学与现代创新方法、高标准的学科建设和教学优势，为留学生提供了丰富的学术资源和研究平台。如学院持续开展的科教融合·育人大讲堂、科教融合·暑期学校、科教融合·科研素养训练营、财会审一流研究生拔尖创新人才培养班和中南·会计Seminar系列讲座，已经成为提升全校学术氛围的长期性活动，为留学生学子搭建了全新的交流平台，为他们的科研素养和学术能力提升打下坚实的基础。
Nana博士的优异表现是学院留学生培养的一道缩影：她不仅在学术研究中屡获佳绩，也成为了连接不同文化的桥梁。通过学院提供的高质量教育资源和平台，每位有志于会计领域的学子都能在这里找到属于自己的舞台，实现个人价值的同时，为会计学科的发展贡献自己的力量。
